   We evaluate the quality as life. As you know, the ship launching airbags and pneumatic floating fenders are made with multi-layers of rubber-dipped Nylon fabric by sticking, and pressing. There are 3 key factors for the quality, 1. material--the rubber that we are using contain 55% natural rubber.2. Thickness----the thickness of airbag must be no less than  7 or 8 layers, Some airbags even require 10layers. The thickness of pneumatic fenders must be no less than 14 layers.3. Process: Unlike the products made by some other manufacturers,our airbags and fenders are whole wrapped, high pressure, anti-explosion. 
　　We have strict quality control system, each product was inflated to check potential  air leakage before vulcanized, will be re-inflated after vulcanized to check again.
　　Each product was carefully checked before shipping to client, the ones which with 
flaw won’t be sent out.
   All our products are cerfiticated by CCS, GL.
   We will send you new ones without any preconditions if there is any problem of quality within 12 months.
